Abundance, age 42, height 183cm, weight 87kg.

Married, father of one, sedentary office job, enjoys exercise, would rather exercise more than eat less.

Weight management plan: exercise 2 – 3 times per week (including a 6 – 10 k run), watch food intake.

Weakness: red wine and good quality beer.

Biggest challenge: ensuring alcohol free evenings through the week.

Exercise plan: gym twice per week, run at least once per week.

The gym is a good start, abundance, and the booze minimisation an even better one.

Abundance we have not herd from you for a while and that may mean if you are still running 10km per week you will be arriving in Singleton on Saturday. We will have a nice salad sandwich and a couple of cream buns waiting for you.Hope you are going well.

Still on track with this weight loss thing. Have been unwell for about a month - that helped the cause! Easing back into the regimen. Current weight is 82kg.
