Grandmother, I work in Sydney and commute each day sitting on train for 2 1/2 hours each way and sitting at desk for 7 1/2 hours. Now sporting a regular bus driver's backside.
Weight loss Plan: less cheese and lollies - my 2 worst addictions. Drink loads of water.
Goal weight: Happy with a loss , down to 85 to start would be nice by November.
Exercise Plan: walking to work at lunch time and also taking the stairs instead of the lifts so often. making an effort to walk at the weekends as well (but it has to be nice weather, otherwise it's the lounge and a book).
Weakness: anything with sugar and too much cheese
