NEWCASTLE detectives are tracking down a young woman who robbed a Stockton bottle shop at knifepoint last night.
The woman entered the store at about 9pm and asked for change before producing the knife and threatening an employee at the BYO bottleshop in Mitchell Street, police said.
The woman escaped with a small amount of money.
Detectives attended the scene and are continuing their inquiries today.
