Newcastle's Christ Church Cathedral will be in full bloom today for the beginning of the annual spring Flower Festival.
Dean of Newcastle Reverend James Rigney and his dedicated team of festival committee members have been working with leading Hunter florists and other organisations to present a magnificent display to be enjoyed by the community over the next four days.
Tickets are $18 a person or $30 a family of four. The festival ends at 1pm on Monday.
