THE Newcastle Jets have finally kick-started their W-League campaign with an emphatic 4-0 victory over Adelaide United today at Wanderers Oval.

American Tori Huster completed the Jets victory in the 65th minute when she volleyed home a looping cross from Gema Simon.
The Jets have the worst defensive record in the W-League, conceding 15 goals from the first four matches.
The clean sheet from goalkeeper Eliza Campbell was an obvious highlight for the Jets, who now face the fourth-placed Western Sydney Wanderers next Sunday at Campbelltown Stadium.
In other matches today, competition leaders Perth Glory beat Sydney FC 3-1, Melbourne Victory defeated Canberra United 3-0 and Wanderers upset Brisbane Roar 2-1.
