A MAN accused of sexually assaulting two girls after allegedly telling them he was a professional photographer did not apply for bail in Newcastle Local Court this afternoon.
Daniel Enright, 21, is accused of approaching the girls aged 13 and 14 via the internet and telling them that he was a photographer, police said.
He is accused of sexually assaulting one of the girls at Maitland and the other at Charlestown.
Mr Enright was arrested at Jesmond on Sunday.
He was charged with five offences including aggravated sexual assault and indecent assault and did not enter pleas today.
Mr Enright will face court again on Wednesday.
