Mum jailed for child sex offences against her own children

A FORMER Hunter woman has been jailed until at least 2023 for her part in an international child pornography network and child sex offences against her two children.

The woman, 31, cried briefly and struggled to stand in Gosford District Court today after Judge Roy Ellis described appalling sex abuse of her son, 12, and daughter, 11, at a Central Coast location over more than six months in 2010.

The woman was involved with sex acts with both children.

These were filmed and distributed to people in England, America, the Netherlands, Germany and France.

The woman also encouraged a British man to have sex with his stepson, 10, and stepdaughter, 4, and in an email to the man said it was ‘‘so cool’’ that her own children were involved in sexual acts.

The court heard the woman had been sexually abused at a very early age as a child, and formed a relationship with her husband, 51, when she was 15 or 16.

Her husband was jailed last week for a minimum 15 years for crimes against his children and leading the international child pornography network.
