MILLIONAIRE businessman Phil Lunn appears to have been shot twice in the back after the husband of an employee confronted him at his Fishing Point home.
Lake Macquarie detectives were preparing a report for the coroner after Michael Cumins, 57, of Edgeworth, shot his wife's boss, and then turned the gun on himself after an early morning dispute on Tuesday.
His wife Susan Cumins was also at the scene and is believed to have witnessed part of the incident.
She was not injured and was treated for shock before being released.
