Man flown to hospital after fall from scaffolding

A 55-year-old man has been flown to hospital after reportedly falling off scaffolding at Blueys Beach this morning.

Paramedics were called to a Coomba Road address about 8.20am after the man fell about four metres and landed on his legs, an Ambulance NSW spokeswoman said.

He was flown to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.

A Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service spokesman said the man had suffered pelvic and lower back injuries.
