THE Voice contestant Karise Eden qualified for the next round on the hit reality show last night.
Eden, from Tascott on the Central Coast, was one of two singers from Team Seal who will progress thanks to superior audience votes, while another two were selected by British soul singer Seal.
As well as Eden, who has been a stand-out on the Australian debut season of The Voice, Chris Sebastian, Fatai Veamatahau and Emma Birdsall went through.
The contestants are vying for $100,000, a recording contract with Universal and a Ford Focus. Keith Urban can thank The Voice after his new album The Story So Far debuted at the top of both the ARIA Album Chart and the Australian Country Chart this week. As one of the mentors on the Nine Network’s show, Urban now has two albums in the Australian Country Chart’s top five.
