THOUSANDS flocked to Broadmeadow for the traditional Boxing Day race meet.
The horses often provide a sideshow on Boxing Day, with attractions including a jazz ‘‘precinct’’, salsa music tent and DJs in the marquee.
It was also a chance for many to frock or suit up and celebrate Christmas with friends and family.
