POLICE are searching for a stolen ute that was involved in two ram-raids this morning.
The first incident occurred at Maryland Shopping Centre just after 4am when the Mitsubishi Triton was used to ram a chemist shop.
An unknown quantity of property was stolen.
The vehicle was then used a short time later to ram an automatic teller machine at Wallsend Plaza.
Three people are believed to have been inside the vehicle, which has significant front-end damage.
