It is understood the car rolled off an embankment on a rural property on Waverley Road, on the edge of Gundy to the east of Scone.
Police said the car was travelling to a property off Waverley Road, when concerns were raised for the occupants’ welfare this afternoon after they failed to return.
The car was located by a neighbouring landowner about 5pm and it appeared to have rolled down an embankment.
The three men were found dead at the scene and the five-year-old boy was found nearby suffering a broken arm and other injuries.
The boy remains in a stable condition. Police on Monday night said the boy’s injuries included a broken arm.
Inquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing with examination of the scene expected to continue on Tuesday.
THREE people are dead and a five-year-old boy has been found alive after a car drove off a cliff in Timor near Scone, the Wespac Rescue Helicopter says.
The helicopter has confirmed three adults have been found dead inside the car on Waverley Road.
Medical crews are currently treating a five-year-old boy who survived the horror crash.
The car is believed to have crashed on Monday.
The five-year-old will be flown to Scone Hospital before being taken to John Hunter.
The boy is reported to have minor injuries.
