Open from 10am to 4pm, SwanFest will be held on the foreshore of one of Lake Macquarie’s most picturesque locations on the shoreline of the Swansea Channel next to Swansea RSL.
The free event features an inspiring selection of exhibitors with a diverse range of wares, delicious food and fine wine, entertainment and fun activities – bringing the best the Hunter Region has to offer together for the one-day celebration.
Presented by Swansea RSL and Lake Macquarie Business, SwanFest is a great day out for friends and family plus there’s also lots of fun things for the kids to do with community displays, amusement rides and local entertainment take centre stage.
Event organiser, Big Bang Events’ Adam Ferrier said the event is designed to promote Swansea as the gateway to Lake Macquarie and stimulate business in the area.
“SwanFest has even more on offer this with a greater variety of food and wine, a vast selection of exhibitors with their many wares with delicious food to sample and buy as well as some great local entertainment,” Mr Ferrier said.
Swansea RSL General manager Kiel Emerton said he is proud to be associated with SwanFest again this year and is looking forward to a great day.
