There have been some big sales in Bolwarra this year and another is forecast after a stunningly spacious and private home hit the market last week.

Long-standing real estate agent Mark Currie, who is now retired, and his wife Sue are selling their Pacific Palms property after 30-odd years of ownership. 

‘Woodgreen’ is a classic beachcomber house with a detached studio located at 96 Coomba Road on 21 acres just five minutes from Blueys Beach, a popular holiday destination for many Novocastrians.

LJ Hooker’s Mark Campbell has listed 28 Clarence Street, Glendale with a price guide of $500,000 to $550,000 which should also prove popular with first home buyers.
