What's Selling: Waterfront Valentine property continues trend in Dilkera Avenue

Valentine’s exclusive Dilkera Avenue has recorded its fourth sale of over two million dollars this year with 133 being bought for $2.3 million.

The waterfront property with Valentine’s largest jetty was marketed by Street Property Group’s Damon Sellis and sold prior to auction.

The highest sale for the exclusive street this year was $3.5 million in March, according to Australian Property Monitors. There have also been $2.06 million and $2.135 million sales.

A four-bedroom home in New Lambton’s exclusive Ridge Lane was sold for $1.65 million prior to auction by Crawford’s Margaret Jensen. 

PRDnationwide sold two homes in Cooks Hill prior to auction – 36 Brooks Street ($1.2 million) and 9 Swan Street ($1.54 million)

Robinson’s Cveta Kolarovski sold a four-bedroom Cardiff home on 531sqm at 77 Myall Road for $550,000.

There were two sales in Georgetown’s Hunter Street. Walkom’s sold a three-bedroom home on 556 square metres for $660,000 and Premier Estate Agents a three-bedroom home on 404 square metres for $580,000. 

A Tighes Hill warehouse conversion on Bryant Street with a price guide of $1.2 million to $1.3 million sold for an undisclosed sum.

A two-bedroom home in Mayfield West on around 500 square metres, at 1 Werribi Street, was sold by Dowling Mayfield for $460,000.

Dalton Partners’ sold a four-bedroom home in Adamstown Heights, at 32 Princeton Avenue for $900,000.

A three-bedroom townhouse in Kenibea Avenue, Kahibah was sold by Ray White for $720,000.

Peters Real Estate sold a three-bedroom home on 580 square metres in High Street, Maitland for $590,000.

In Cessnock, McGrath sold a two-bedroom home in Hall Street for $324,000 and Noel McFarlane sold two properties side by side in Finch Close for $450,000.

In Salamander Bay, Ray White sold a three-bedroom home in Scott Circuit for $910,000.

McGrath sold 39 Myamblah Crescent, Merewether ($940,000) and 20 Aldyth Street, New Lambton ($942,000) before auction.
