Bikers For Kids – Annual Toy Run 10am to 3pm, Wickham Park. More than 10,000 riders are expected to assemble from 8am at Stockton Ballast Park for a Christmas convoy to Wickham Park. There will be a massive donation point for toys, market and food stalls, live music, children’s activities, tug of war matches and a roving circus.

Pups in the Park is on December 16 at Lambton Park, 8am to 3pm. Bring your dog for some canine fun. There will be free giveaways, food and market stalls, information about how to be a great dog owner, and you can snap a photo of your pup with Santa. There is even a prize for the best dressed dog. Council rangers will be providing free microchipping to pets of Newcastle residents only. Proof of address is required.
