REVAMP: Braodmeadow's redevelopment will rejuvenate the precinct.

It looks set to be a big year for the property industry in the Hunter and, we should learn the outcome of major opportunities, including plans for the renewal of the Broadmeadow sport and entertainment precinct.

Major renewal projects like the redevelopment of the 63-hectare Broadmeadow site will be crucial in establishing how the next wave of development shapes the future of Newcastle.

The redevelopment of the Broadmeadow precinct provides an opportunity to reactivate Newcastle’s entertainment and sporting precinct, incorporating places to live and work as well as play.

Helping inform the development of a precinct concept plan will be the Property Council’s first 2018 event, the February Hunter Outlook Lunch exploring how best we can reimagine Broadmeadow and unlock a new wave of renewal in Newcastle.
