On the plate, chef Michael Watson's cuisine also showcases local produce, including fresh seafood. For lunch, choose from an

a la carte menu or a set menu (two courses for $42, three courses for $49).

The dinner menu is a la carte. Below is just a selection of dishes on offer at Jonah's.

Lunch set menu entree: Seared fillet of lamb with steamed quinoa, Binnorie labna, fresh peach and mint salsa $20; salt and curry spiced squid, cucumber raita, pomegranate and toasted pistachio nuts $18; roasted organic beetroot with ash goats' cheese and fig vincotto dressing $19.50.

Lunch a la carte entree: Scallops in half shell with lemon butter, hazelnut crust, orange, fennel and rocket salad $21; pan-seared king prawns with chorizo, roast tomato and garlic confit with crusty baguette $22.50.

Lunch set menu main: Angus sirloin with porcini butter, creamy potato mash and salad of fresh parsley with a red wine dressing $36; Noah's fish of the day, lemon beurre blanc, salt and vinegar potatoes, salad of snow peas and tendril sprouts $36.

Lunch a la carte main: Atlantic salmon, crab and mango quenelle on a nicoise-style salad of beans, cherry tomato, white anchovy and oriental syrup $37; sauteed lobster and king prawns served in a Pernod-infused cream sauce with linguini, sugar snap peas, salmon caviar and fresh chervil $69.

Dessert: All $15. Lemongrass creme brulee with coconut tuile and pineapple salsa mango cheesecake with fresh mango sauce and pastry crumbs; vanilla bean meringue roulade with fresh berries and raspberry coulis.
