The last quarter of the year is a great time to reflect on your business performance and begin planning for 2017. If you haven’t been satisfied with your growth, it might be time to get back to basics. Ask yourself the following:
1.Is your offering remarkable? Competition is tough and you need to have something remarkable to really get ahead. If your offering isn’t special or greatly different to your competitors, you’d better start making it so or they will leave you behind.
2.Do you have a consistent method for bringing in sales and leads? You need to regularly test different lead generation methods; advertising, online marketing, direct mail etc, and see which ones work for you. Then systemise it so it happens without fail.
3.Do you stay in touch with potential customers enough? You should be sending them useful information: tips, advice etc. Do it via email to keep cost down.
