Tip #14 for improved fitness this Spring

Maintain. Spring comes to an end this week but don’t let the good health and fitness habits you have started in your Spring campaign come to an end too.

If you have managed to stick to your goals and establish a weekly routine then now is the time to maintain it through the “silly season”. If you do, it will put you in good stead to start the New Year feeling good.

Sometimes we tend to let our health and fitness slip again once we have achieved our goal, so stay committed.
