Uninterrupted, never to be built out views will be the key selling factor as Doma Group’s new development Lume at Honeysuckle is released to market next week.
The waterfront development will comprise a mix of 144 one, two and three-bedroom residences over six levels and construction is set to begin next year.
Prices will begin at $450,000 for south-facing one-bedroom apartments, scaling up to a starting point of $2 million for two-level town homes with rear-entry lock-up garages.
There will be an on-site concierge, residents’ meeting room, infinity pool and gym.
Dane Crawford, of Colliers International, is marketing the development and said early interest had been strong.
“We will commence selling direct to our VIPs early next week,” Mr Crawford said.
“We’re ran a brief expressions of interest campaign to garner early interest in the development, which has seen a significant amount of registrations for the project and we’ll be systematically be going through those one by one.”
Mr Crawford said “the majority of apartments face due north and have a really special outlook over the harbour”.
“The largest selling feature is obviously the uninterrupted, never to be built out water views,” he said.
