Both are considered “once in a lifetime” properties and definitely have a “wow” factor.

Robinson Property’s Mike Flook has listed 28 Charlotte Street for sale through expressions of interest and described the 2302 square metre elevated block of land as “arguably one of the best blocks that has been released in Merewether in a long time”.
