Over $8 million collectively could be paid for four brand new town homes in exclusive Church Street on The Hill if the latest sales in the area are any indication.
Homes in the street of Christ Church Cathedral overlook the city and harbour and are tightly held.
A property sold in Church Street for $2.01 million in January this year and another sold for $3.5 million in August last year.
The town homes at 45 Church Street all enjoy an elevated position and No.4 will be open for the first time today between 12.30pm and 1pm.
Ben Robinson of Robinson Property is marketing them individually through expressions of interest campaigns and said they were a unique offering.

PRDnationwide Newcastle Lake Macquarie is marketing the 112-apartment complex and agent Paula Ashcroft said “the take-up has been fantastic”.
“We have issued 68 contracts so far and are well and truly over halfway,” Ms Ashcroft said. “Our three-bedroom apartments have been most popular and there have been a lot of downsizers locally, planning for the future.”
She said some buyers had bought side-by-side one and two-bedroom apartments to make three-bedroom residences.
The development is located on The Esplanade and comprises two towers.
