GREAT MINDS: On stage at the Singularity Australia Summit in Sydney.

The way business is done in the 21st Century is changing.  Time to adapt. Last week in Sydney there were two conferences themed Purpose in Business. If you aren’t operating from your mind and soul, rethink how your business is showing up.

Recently I had the honour of moderating a panel of incredible minds at The Singularity Australia Summit at the ICC. The panel included David Roberts, Chair of 1QBit computing, and Leisl Yearsley, an AI expert, who sold one of her early companies to IBM. Tiago Mattos, futurist, and Sarah Bergbreiter, microrobotics, completed the panel.

To say I was in awe is an understatement.

Their message to business? 1. Know what you are in the business of 2. Choose an abundance mindset over scarcity 3. Design everything with a mindset to improve the world for everyone 4. Operate through love and be real, active and ethical.

Nothing too difficult on that list is there?
