Prosci’s most recent best practice change management research shows employees fail to engage in change for four reasons. One reason is a tendency to use a top-own approach and force change on employees rather than involve them. Secondly, many employees are facing change saturation. A fourth reason is that there is no senior sponsor or they are not adequately involved in driving change.
