A waterfront property at Bolton Point that has only been on the market for two weeks is under contract.
LJ Hooker’s Paul Campbell is marketing a two-bedroom residence in Bay Road and said, with a price guide of $740,000 to $775,000, there had been a strong response to the property particularly from out-of-town buyers.
“The views out across the bay are really spectacular and there is still some great value on the western side of the lake,” he said.
Across the lake, Dalton Partners’ Anthony Merlo also sees good value in a five-bedroom home opposite the water in Eleebana’s Bareki Road. It is set for auction this month with a guide of $980,000.
“It is as good as you get a view without paying another $300,000-400,000 on the waterfront,” Mr Merlo said.
