TWO men have been glassed after an argument broke out during a game of pool at a Port Stephens nightspot, police say.
The men, aged 42 and 43 were playing pool at a licensed premises on Shoal Bay Road, near Tomoaree Road, at Shoal Bay when the argument allegedly broke out with a third man around 1.20am on Saturday.
During the dispute, the 43-year-old and 42-year-old men were struck with a schooner glass, police allege.
The injured men were taken to Tomaree Community Hospital for treatment for facial and hand injuries.
A 32-year-old man was arrested and taken to Nelson Bay police station where he was charged with reckless wounding.
The man was granted conditional bail and is due to face Raymond Terrace Local Court on Monday, August 27.
