Parker Scanlon Pty Ltd specialise in surveying, town planning, project management and bushfire assessments.

Through their technical knowledge and experience, they assist clients with maximizing the potential of their properties and thus achieve a high return from their investments.  

Those clients range from builders, developers, architects, strata managers, shopping centre managers, local governments, solicitors, residential and commercial real estate agents.  

Parker Scanlon were encouraged to enter the awards by a colleague.  

“Bill Parker was a founding member of Parker Scanlon in 2007 and died in 2011,” said Mark Scanlon, who owns the business with  partner Monica.  

“He is always acknowledged in any celebrations or awards Parker Scanlon participate in.”

Mark believes a win at this year’s HIA Awards, in the Business Partner category, would be confirmation of what a solid partnership Monica and Mark have.   

Contributing to that team solidarity, every year on the anniversary of the start of the business all staff participate in an activity together.  

This has included: Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb, hot air ballooning, Melbourne Cricket Ground tour, jet boat ride, cruises, Blue Mountains weekend, Stockton sand dunes quad biking, African drumming workshop and scavenger hunt.
