In June, the sale of a brand new four-bedroom home in Maryville’s McMichael Street raised the suburb ceiling and now the residence next door has been unveiled and is set to rival it.

No.16 sold for an undisclosed sum inside its guide of $1.35 million to $1.45 million and No.14 hit the market this week with the same guide.
The four-bedroom homes have a pool plus outdoor living with built-in barbecues on both levels.
There are Tasmanian Oak floors, a Caesarstone kitchen and a master suite on ground level.
It was built by Paddington Properties and is being marketed by First National Newcastle City’s George Rafty.
