A motorcyclist has died after crashing into a barrier on Putty Road near Singleton on Sunday afternoon. Paramedics were unable to revive the 54-year-old man and he died at the scene of the collision. Emergency services were called to Putty Road, Milbrodale, at 2.10 pm on Sunday following reports a motorcycle had crashed. Police said the man was travelling in a northerly direction along Putty Road when the motorcycle hit a barrier. The rider and the motorbike then crashed down an embankment. The man could not be revived by emergency services crew and died at the scene of the incident. Police will continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the motorcyclist’s death.
