Hotondo Homes Central Coast were named as winners of not just one, but two awards at the recent Hunter HIA Housing and Construction Awards. The team were bestowed the sought-after title of Project Home of the Year and the equally coveted title of Project Home up to $350,000. Hotondo Homes Central Coast Director, Jon Clarke was completely caught by surprise when his business’ name was announced.

“We honestly didn’t see it coming at all! We spent the first part of the night trying to suss out if we would get a certificate for being a finalist,” said Jonathan.

“We’re incredibly honoured and humbled by the award win. There are so many talented builders in our region and to have our work recognised among all these other amazing builds is indescribable.”
