Residents are set to move into a newly completed Centrale Apartments Broadmeadow.
Located on the corner of Brunker Road and Awaba Road, the Centrale is the latest finished project of Newcastle-based developer GWH.
Twelve months ago, the award-winning Aero on Hunter Street stood 14 storeys tall in the city’s skyline and GWH has also delivered Millhorn Apartments Wickham and Soho Central Islington.
Managing director Jonathan Craig said Centrale’s facade was representative of the modern changes occurring throughout the Adamstown Renewal Corridor.
“Being the first to complete in this identified growth corridor really is something we are very with pleased to have achieved for our purchasers,” he said.
Centrale has 39 apartments across four levels, plus a rooftop entertaining space, and was completed in just under 12 months. Utilising it’s vertically integrated companies within the Hunter
GWH also commenced construction on site at Highpoint at Charlestown, which is now selling off the plan.
