RENAE Lawrence’s case is due for a mention in Newcastle Local Court on Thursday in relation to a police pursuit from 2005.
The former Bali Nine drug smuggler returned to Newcastle in November after spending more than 13 years in jail in Indonesia.
Just one day after her return to Australia she handed herself in to police at Waratah station over a number of outstanding warrants.
At the time a spokeswoman for NSW Police confirmed the 41-year-old was wanted "in relation to outstanding warrants issued in 2005."
Ms Lawrence was allegedly involved in a police chase using a stolen car on the Central Coast on March 26, 2005, a month before she was arrested in Bali.
The car was stolen from Sydney's inner west and driven north.
The pursuit allegedly started in Enfield before it continued through Turramurra, Mooney Mooney and Peats Ridge. The car was later stopped by police.
