Onshore winds are continuing with choppy conditions all day. Swells picked up a touch and banks are okay handling the direction on the fuller tide. Swell from the East to S/E at 1 to 1.5m. Wind moderate South to East by the afternoon. Low tides first up and check out Nobbys, South Bar, Pogos and Merewether. Cowrie Hole towards early afternoon high. Dudley and Catho to the south. One Mile and Samurai up at Port Stephens. Water temps nearly back to normal and some kelp in the corner of Nobbys starting to clear. Slight sweeps and listen out for lifeguards if in for a swim.
