Newcastle Master Builders Group Apprenticeship schemes is the Building and Construction Industry specialists when it comes to supplying apprentices and trainees to businesses from that sector.

Brett Lester, General Manager of the scheme explained that he and his team are extremely proud of both their apprentices and the scheme.

“We always go to great lengths to ensure that our customers and employees are well looked after, they are always our number one priority,” Mr Lester exclaimed.

Mr Lester said that the group has been active for 20 years, and in that time has delivered over 1200 Tradespeople into Newcastle and the Hunter regions’ building community.

“We are very proud of this effort, he continued.

 “We are continually trying to achieve employing an apprentice or trainee as easy and affordable as possible for businesses”. Mr Lester added.

Newcastle MBA Group Apprenticeship Schemes currently employs up to 200 Apprentices and Trainee’s in all trades including Certificate II, III and IV in Office Administration.

The candidates are hosted out to businesses, large and small who only want an apprentice or trainee for a period of time or for the whole training period.

“It is an extremely smart business arrangement that is an easy, uncomplicated way to employ an apprentice or trainee”, Mr. Lester said.

We are continually trying to achieve employing an apprentice or trainee as easy and affordable as possible for businesses.

NMBA provide a dynamic and integrated program for people who wish to gain a head start (and qualified training) in the region’s building industry.

All apprentices and or trainees learn practical skills, combined with an accredited education program in their chosen trade.
