Josh Rose's Edgeworth dominated James Virgili's Broadmeadow 6-1 on Sunday in the Northern NPL grand final rematch, but the quality of their goals weren't far apart.
Former Jets flyer Virgili scored an amazing solo goal to equalise for Magic in the 55th minute but Rose, an ex-Mariners veteran, answered six minutes later with a quality volley to set the Eagles on their way to grand final revenge in round one.

Rose also set up Will Bower for a goal as the Eagles reversed last year's 3-0 grand final loss to Magic.
New Edgeworth striker Oliver Smith also starred on Sunday at Magic Park, scoring a hat-trick on his NPL debut for the club.
